I hired this firm to assist with opening my PLLC, a mental health provider private practice in NYC and very happy with the results. I came across Fisher Stone | Cavallo & Cavallo on a deep dive google search. I needed to change my business from CA to NYS (a PLLC) after a temporary move from the east coast to the west coast, which was a very stressful. Their team made this process incredibly easy for me. Outstanding !!!. I did not expect it to be so smooth - sailing. Everything was over before I realized the whole process was completed. I spoke with Greg for a long time this morning. I work at a doggy daycare that opened earlier this month in Brooklyn, and I’d initially called hoping to get a quote for the review of our Customer Agreements (I wrote them, and my legal background is tragically nonexistent). Instead of just hitting me with a price we probably couldn’t afford at this fledgling stage of our business, Greg took the time and care to go over the generalities of the documents with me, and advised me on how to proceed. He was thoughtful, funny, informative without being condescending, and even recommended a book for me to read to help educate myself. I deeply appreciate him taking the time to advise me, and will absolutely be reaching back out as our business grows and the more official need for a business lawyer arises!
