I have had a few deals Completed with this lender that the one thing that I do appreciate is their high degree of communication. If there's a delay in communication the underwriter will follow up and provide you with enough information so that you can either answer by email or be prepared for a conversation to go over a file. With over 23 years of experience I do appreciate the ability to speak directly to the underwriter or the business development person about a file to see if there is a potential fit. More complicated applications may require a 10 or 15 minute review once the staff have received the file looked at some documents and need more clarity before saying yes or no to the application.
Communication is big in our industry and Fisgard gets that communication piece right 90% of the time.
