It was our family’s first time applying for VEP with a third-party service due to some issues with the previous owner not deregistering.
From initial enquiry up to the activation of the tag, the process was extremely seamless. The response time was almost immediate. We proceeded on a Monday and the VEP was approved the following day.
Our associate, Anthony, was patient and super helpful towards my dad who isn’t as tech-savvy but his explanations assisted my dad very much to complete the application, payment and setting up of the eTNG account / wallet.
I would recommend the service for those that find it a hassle to apply on your own. Sure we had to fork out a bit more but you’d have the peace of mind, knowing that everything is completed thoroughly.
Do note that you will still have to book an appointment (done by your associate) to get the tag fixed in your car, and pay an additional amount for installation.

Good reliable service. Approved in one hour + time with all relevant documents submitted. $138 (inclusive of submissions fees). After approval, can choose the convenient date/time and they help you to book the
Appointment. At Woodlands VEP centre, all tested, activated and paid $39 for installation. All done in 30-35 minutes including waiting times. Carefree. Recommend to get it done by them and install at Woodlands VEP centre. A small price to pay if you encounter problems on your own. Install on 30/5/26.
