After two days, she is ok and can do most of the houseworks. She is also quite caring for elderly. Hope she can do better after she get familiar with all the works.

We have successfully hired a full time helper through First Maid Agency based in Singapore. The entire end to end process right from organizing the video call for interviewing the helper to finalizing the paperwork has been very transparent and smooth. So far its been a month now, looks good. Hope it continues to be good in coming times as well. Highly recommend the agency.

I had a seamless experience looking for a domestic helper with First Maid, Amy who attended to me was very efficient. She was able to answer all my questions and convinced me that the company was service oriented. On the same day I selected a candidate . Their team guided me on the application process and they did all the work faster than expected. In no time my helper was handed over.i would recommend First Maid to anyone looking for an agency. Moving forward, I will assess how they would help me if I encounter any issues. Hopefully not.😀

Very bad service.
After contract my maid. they keep chasing me for give goof reviews to the agent.
I was so busy totally no time to give review. After that they promised give me $10 voucher for Giants if i give good reviews.. 🤣🤣.. as the same others, after drop an email and they did not send any vouchers to my letter box 10 months since the day they promised 😆 i have not reciept yet.
I have doubt for the insurance, asked them but they ignored my messege.. Totally disappointed.
No recommend.
