Having dealt with a number of agencies, I have to say First Maid is the best. Lots of candidates, responsive, and professional. Before I pick up the maid, everything was already taken care of. Compared with my previous experience, I even had to take the maid to banks to get bank cards etc.

It is such a smooth process to engage Firstmaid, Reply is always prompt and everything well taken care of by ken, I had nothing to be worried about and in less than 3 weeks of engagement, I got a positive, efficient transfer maid settled in my place happily with my family. Recently had to employ a helper to take care of my mother. I took my mom to Bukit Timah Shopping Centre as I remembered that mall has a concentration of helper agencies. I was surprised to find First Maid, located in the basement corner of the big mall. Ken was sincere, helpful, non intrusive and non pushy. Gave my mom time to interview the various helpers at the shop. Eventually my mom picked one, and the application process was straightfwd and pain free. Abby processed the document for me, and was helpful too, as I had to delay collecting the helper since I was overseas. Overall I am a satisfied customer.

Best agency with quality service. Ken has been helping me with my new helper recruitment, her thoughtfulness and approachability deserves a big thumbs up.
