This is my second time going to Dr. Csikai. I have been extremely pleased with him and his staff both times, which is why I chose to go back to him. He listened to what I wanted and never tried to “upsell” me or talk me into doing anything other than what I came to do. The office staff were timely with communication and always got back to me when I had a question. Montana was excellent and very helpful getting our payments set up. I would highly recommend Dr. Csikai and First Coast Plastic Surgery.

I waited a year and six months to write this message, I had surgery at this clinic and very well. They removed my big belly, which was very horrible, but I was left with cosmetically poorly done things that the doctor recognized and has been avoiding me for exactly one year and six months. He changes appointments from time to...It's been almost four years since my surgery, and every day I'm more traumatized by the surgery this awful doctor performed on me. Instead of leaving me with just one wound, since it was supposed to be cosmetic surgery, he left me with two separate incisions: my C-section plus the abdominoplasty. It's horrible, even after paying him $12,000. I don't recommend him if you don't want to be traumatized. Besides the scar, he left me with dog ears, which he later fixed, but they ended up looking worse, and they never wanted to help me. time and that is not the case. It seems to me that I came here to have cosmetic surgery and not to leave me that way because I paid my money as they asked me, it is not well done. I had 3 sesareans and the doctor told me that with a plastic surgery a tummy tuck would solve all my aesthetic and emotional problems that I would only have one wound and it turns out that now I have the abdominoplasty and the cesarean sections. I left the cesarean section and to finish off my bulging hips with dog ears. A year later he helped me with part of the bulge and he told me we have to wait 3 months for the next process and it turns out that he doesn't want to help me. No. It's okay to do this. You have to be responsible for your mistakes.

If I could give zero stars I would.
After having three kids and saving for years, I finally decided to get a tummy tuck in August 2025. I paid $8,700 expecting a quality result, but I’m extremely disappointed.
To this day, my stomach is still bulging, and it’s clear the muscle repair was not done properly. My belly button looks unnatural—almost like a coin—and the hip-to-hip scar isn’t even placed low enough to be hidden under underwear, which was one of my main concerns going in.
At my follow-up, I was told I could get a revision after six months since my stomach was still large. I was initially told I’d only need to cover the anesthesia fee, which I was willing to do. However, when I received the actual quote, they added an additional operating room fee, bringing the total to $2,900. That’s on top of the $8,700 I already paid.
This is where it really feels wrong—there were no complications like infection or wound issues. The issue is simply that the surgery was not done thoroughly enough, yet I’m being asked to pay again to fix it. That doesn’t sit right.
Overall, the experience feels very transactional, with little concern for patient satisfaction or accountability. At this point, it honestly feels like a scam. I would strongly caution others to think carefully before moving forward here.

I am so sorry you feel that way We take pride in our 26 years in Jacksonville and doing our best for our patients Most are extremely happy with their care and results Occasionally a patients body does not react normally as you would expect despite correctly performing a procedure,That is why this patient was offered a retightening of her muscle because her tissue was extra weak from all the babies she had. She declined the revisio although no surgeon fee would be charged.We wish her happiness in the future in everything she does and will continue to provide the best care possible for our patients
