Randy explained what was going on with my water leak and what was confirmed by the city of Corona. I was given several options on how to fix the problem. I picked what I felt my best solution to repair my main water leak and work was started the very next morning. Work was completed at the end of day. They came back the next morning to check out the work end everything checked out perfect.

Had a clogged toilet and a failed attempt of an auger being stuck in the toilet. Spencer from first class plumbing came and talked me through out the process....very polite and customer friendly oriented. I decided to just replace the toilet since being 15 years old already and bundled it with repair. Being that it was a a holiday Spencer and his crew was able to whip out the repair and install a service panel for future drain cleaning and a brand new toilet in a couple of hours. Spencer and his crew was great. I Highly recommend First Class plumbing .

Reliable Randy 2025.11.25

     

Deceptive marketing and contracting. They advertise free estimates and upfront pricing. The technician priced my job at $1350, then soon after raised it to $2250 after cutting into my wall (which he cut super messy and crooked) then when i declined his non-upfront pricing he proceeded to charge me $495 for cutting open my wall (which we never had a contract for) and left the mess for me to clean up. I would not recommend this company.

All pro wanted to scam my grandmother for over 20,000 for a complete replumb. I called first class they showed up on time, were professional, quoted 1800 to fix the broken pipe, add a cleanout and unclog the pipe. Very honest and direct. Job was done right within 2 hours and everything works great. I cannot stress how huge this was for my grandmothet to have honest, reliable, quality workmanship performed at a reasonable price. Thank you First Class plumbing. You are now my go to.
