This is my second time of learning with Adam and Helen. They were very welcoming. Adam was very knowledgeable, it was informative. The atmosphere was relaxed. It was fun but obviously important learning too. I learnt alot before and more this time, updates from the last time. I still feel comfortable being a first aider. Thanks.

I would definetly reccoment doing the first aid course with adam and helen, he delivered the presentation really well and also had us doing practical hands on cpr and defib which was really fun. Adam and helen were both helpful too
