The guys from Firon roofing were awesome. As a general contractor myself, it is very hard to let someone else touch your house......but these guys were fantastic from initial site visit to billing. I would and will recommend Firon Roofing without hesitation!! PS, I told my kids that I would give them a dollar for every nail they find....I was out $2, and I think those 2 nails were from a repair I did in the spring!!!

We had our soffit replaced/redone by the company. Excellent experience dealing with them. Prompt responses preparing the project (Lisa, Domenik and Collen) and extraordinary job done (team of Spencer and Mitch), even having been delayed by a day of rain. Thumbs up to the company.

Redoing your roof is normally not a project that homeowners look forward to. Well, the Firon team left our roof today ( a day and a half on the roof ) and we could not be more impressed. Pleasant , knowledgeable ( products have evolved over the last 23 years), on time, focused with a well organized team from your first call to taking the dumpster away. Impressed with quality product selection. Very comparable prices for a top quality product and professional service .
From our first contact with Colleen to Matt who climbed on the roof to give us a price and explain the options, to the roof team led by David with Sebastian and Cedrick we enjoyed and felt comfortable with the entire team. Totally impressed!

Firon Roofing is a Customer oriented company! I need a help to fix the fascia on the house. I have asked around some roof companies without luck. One roof company even asked money for come onside to look. Fironroofing office staff answered my email and finish onside estimated within three days. Two staff came to work, they processional and fast, within 2 hours the work was completed. Thank you so much everyone in Firon Roofing! They done the job professionally no matter small or big. My husband rob and I just used their service for what we thought was wind lifting a few shingles. It turned out to be the builder mis-installed a vent underneath resulting in metal to get loose and lift the shingles. They fixed it the day I called and were very courteous.

Great company from start to finish, Geno who got right up on my roof and inspected everything showed and explained why it was leaking and what they would do to fix it. To the crew clean and friendly fixed everything just right. To Marc for final inspection and even came back two months later to reinspect after another contractor did my sidng. 10/10 would recommend.

Professional and personable from start to finish. I was surprised by how well each phase was handled, from the initial consult, to scheduling of the job, to the work, to the final wrap up. The off-hours emergency line was a nice bonus even though I didn't need it. They went above and beyond to fix issues with the roof they noticed during the work at no extra cost.

We had some shingles fly off during a recent storm. We had called Firon Roofing about a similar event 3 years ago and were very pleased with the response, so called them again this time. Once again our experience was very very good. Prompt response to the original call, estimator took pictures and proposed a fix including overall roof maintenance to extend its life a bit longer, all for a reasonable price. The production crew were efficient and pleasant to deal with. Really pleased with the service.Our roof will need replacing in a few years, so Firon will be at the top of our list for the work.

I am very pleased with my experience with Firon Roofing. My roof had been leaking near my chimney for some time, and after having multiple contractors with various specialties unsuccessfully try to identify the source of the leak, I decided to call Firon. Their estimator was very thorough in his assessment of the cause, and the price he quoted was reasonable. Despite their busy schedule, the team was able come in to complete the work in less than three weeks. They were very professional and provided me with a report and pictures of the work carried out. We have had multiple heavy rains since the repair and, to my relief, the leak hasn’t returned. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Firon to my friends and family.

First time hiring Firon to replace my roof shingles for a 3-story townhome. The quotation was very reasonable and Firon went the extra mile to solicit my neighbours on my behalf to get a group discount. Abner's team did a great job with the install. Took a bit longer due to the weather but they communicated well and overall was pleased with the customer experience, materials and workmanship.

Excellent service from first point of contact with Colleen.
Alfonse drove to Hawkesbury to go up on the roof and provided a quote on the spot.
Marc kept me duly informed of production and the day booked for work with enough advance notice.
A team of 3 guys arrived at 6 am and started prepping. Finished the job at 15:45
Small break for lunch.
Cleanup was immaculate (that I could see)
A bit of a price difference, at the end, due to a last minute necessary change BUT received the piece for the guys to finish the job the same day! (from Ottawa to Hawkesbury).
So happy with Firon Roofing and thankful I chose them. I had lower quotes but they never visited nor met with me - just a satellite picture. A little bit extra of Customer Service goes a long way!
