After a shaky start with a scheduling snafu they got on the right track when they sent Trenten out to repair my fireplace.
I had just moved into a new house & the whole gas fireplace thing was a mystery to me. I couldn’t get it to work & figured it was user error on my part 🤣
Anyway - Trenten to the rescue- it was an easy fix just needed some new batteries to spark the pilot.
Trenten explained everything to me, showed me how to work the remote & cleaned it all for me.
Trenten was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, competent & professional. Solely because of him I will use FH&H again in the future & would recommend them to others.
