The technicians and servicemen were all very diligent and communicative. They checked on the process and progress of their dry out equipment every day. They were also very responsive, kind, and helpful. One of the techs named "Leswin Alcantara" went above and beyond to give me extra help and favors. I was in a crunch to get everything done as quick as possible . We are very grateful!

After 6 months, we are remediated! FireService used their excellent communication skills to keep us informed while living up north so that upon our return to Florida, our project would be finished. They worked with our insurance company to agree on rebuilds and replacement. Camron and Taj made a tough situation for us, easier and for that we will be forever grateful.

I left water running in my bathroom sink, left the house and came back to water everywhere in my bathroom, bedroom and closet. I called Emergency Fire Service right away and they were at my house within 30 min. Cameron was the person who stayed in contact with me. He was great. They took care of everything. Kept in contact with me until all was dried out. Couldn’t have had a better service. 5 star service!

We had a washing machine overflow in one of our 3rd floor condominiums, which also resulted in damage to the two units below. Fireservice came to the property immediately to assess the damage, and they got to work that same day with fans and dehumidifiers. Their pricing is very upfront and fair. From our first contact to the final day of service, communication with Cameron and Luis A. was consistent and concise. They came to the property every day to measure moisture, and they always reported to me with their findings. Their experienced field technicians offered their honest opinions along the way. This made it very easy to keep my out-of-town residents informed through the entire process. When leaks or floods occur, time is of the essence. Count of Fireservice to act promptly, communicate effectively and ensure that your damages are minimal!

We used Fire Service Emergency Disaster Service to repair damage to our home that was caused by water andmold remediation. Every worker who came to the house was fantastic! Jorge,and Raul did a fantastic job repairing all the damage that was caused by the water and mold remediation. They were thorough, conscientious, and cleaned up after they were finished working. Jaiden and Francy, did an excellent job cleaning the ducts after the mold was remediated. They were also extremely thorough and did a great job cleaning up after the work was done. Isaiah was our project facilitator and Carlos was the project coordinator. They were both extremely efficient, helpful and always kept my husband and me updated. I would highly recommend Fireservice Emergency Disaster Reaponse. If I could rate them 10 stars, I would!
