We had our ducts cleaned due to black mold which was awful. The whole place smelled badly for several weeks until we figured it out. It took the whole day and both Jaiden Martinez and Esteban Roncallo did a superb job, the house smells a little of the chemicals but what a pleasure after the mold smell! They also cleaned up after the job and put all the furniture back. I am very happy with the service we received. Thank you all.

Taj and Cameron were great to work with. My condo flooded due the condo above me. This occurred when I was out of state. The company that caused the flooding agreed to take care of everything. They went with another contractor. Things stalled so I started a claim with my insurance company. We both choose Fireservice. Jeff Baxter and John Wellman did an outstanding job! Had fire service come to house for mildew under windows in living and dining rooms.
Erick Ramos, enviormental supervisor and Francy Clervil, helper were the 2 gentlemen who tackled the problem for us. They removed the dry wall under the windows and cleaned everything in the affected area .

When I experienced a water problem at my home, the first person I thought to call was Greg from FireService. Greg has been a consistent contact with my office over the years. Less than 30 minutes after discovering my issue, Bruce, Luis and Jasier were at my home and remediating the water. They were polite, professional and did a great job. FireService did a phenomenal job! We were notified on the evening of October 1, 2025 of devastating water damage to our apartment. It involved complete removal of our kitchen cabinets, countertops, some drywall, and floor coverings. Once the repairs started we had a goal of hoping they would be done by January 1, 2026. The team of Andres Morales, Tonya Reynolds, Carlos Galeano and Carlos Vazquez (I’m sure there were more team members, but these individuals are the only ones we got to meet) were great to deal with. Andres and Tonya, were quick to answer any and all questions with constant updates and communications through the whole process. Both Carlos‘s were extremely talented in their respective skill sets to accomplish any request we wanted.The whole project was streamlined and very efficient. The best news of all, we were able to stay in our apartment on January 1! I can’t say enough of this company and their talented team!

We had the best experience with Fire Service. We had a flood from a plumbing issue on the condo floor above us. There was 3/4” of water in parts of our condo. Fire Service responded in 1/2 hour and immediately spent many hours extracting the water and starting the dry out. As of now they have completed the job and we couldn’t be happier. Their staff is extremely competent, professional, friendly and knowledgeable. We have already highly recommended them to several people and will continue to do so!
