I found Firelux Ltd online. I was desparate to find a fire risk assessor and so didn't have time to read their review. I went with my "gut" instinct. My main contact was with someone called Sally who made the appointment with the Fire Risk Assessor Adam. When visited my HMO, he was on time and arrived before me! He went through my property with a fine tooth comb and told me what I needed and then offered to provide the services that I needed at a very reasonable price. Firelux maintained a great level of professionalism throughout the entire process. I'm glad I went with that "gut" instinct because they have provided a great service. I would definitely recommend them to others.

I am very impressed by Adam’s professionalism. He did a thorough inspection and sent me the fire risk assessment report the next day. This is a mortgage lender’s requirement so time is the key. Adam really understood the urgency. Adam is also very reachable. Whenever I have questions I can just call him. What’s more was that the fee was really reasonable compared to other quotes I got.

Working with Adam always goes smoothly and without a delay. I had to arrange for a fire risk assessment and an alarm installation for a HMO house. It was almost impossible to arrange the work during weekdays due to tenants' being uncooperative. Thankfully, Adam agreed to come to the house on a Saturday and carried a fire risk assessment without any problems. He also understood the problem I face and arranged for a fire alarm installation to take place on another Saturday. He is responsive and helpful.
