I live in a really small town that only gets USPS delivery at a post office box and only gets FedEx UPS, etc. at a street address, so setting up a new account for shipping is often a real pain! Fire fold personnel were personally involved with making sure I got my shipment. It’s so nice to have a person in the loop. Fire fold will be my first place I look for any new gear. OBTW, Pricing was very competitive and everything happened in a timely manner.
