Excellent service provided by the company. EPFO did not give any clarity on the grievance that I raised. FinRight explained the processes to me and created required grievances to get me issues fixed. After about 6 months everything was clear. The only complain is their fee structure. It should be a fixed amount for the specific services and not the percentage based.

There was a lot of discripencies in my PF Account and last two years I did not find any solution.. ultimately Finright took the responsibility to resolve the matter and within a limited period of time they solved the entire issue , I got the entire amount along arrears with interest and now receiving my monthly pension. Excellent service. It's a long battle with EPFO office but you have to be on top of it. They guide and do physical visits to EPFO office as required but you have to be behind your employers to get things sorted. FinRight gives very good service.

All these reviews seem fake. For the past 1.5 yrs FinRight has not been able to resolve my case. They don’t respond to emails or phone calls. Points of escalation mentioned on their website are equally unresponsive. I even reached out to the CEO on LinkedIn and no response. Don’t waste your money or time with this company.
