Finglas Fuels great service for coal delivery to Lucan.
I would highly recommend Finglas Fuel have ordered from them a couple of times now. Fast delivery to Lucan. Marie is very friendly and helpful. Good value coal bundles available too.

Ordered firelogs to be delivered, was told 11am, 5 hours later still not delivered and when called got the impression they couldn't care less. Customer service non existent.

I understand that things can happen as in employees not turning up or having to leave early.
I phone you up twice and first time you didn't mention about the employee, second time you only mentioned the employee when I said I had to take time off work to wait for the delivery, only them you mentioned the employee.
If you do care about customer service as you say, then you wouldn't off said what you said to your coworker in the office at the end off the telephone conversation which I heard. Or you would off contacting your customers to let them know delivery's be delayed etc.

Sorry for the inconvenience today but that’s not true .We do care. As I explained today we had one of our drivers had an emergency and had to leave .
Our replacement driver did his best to get to as soon as he could

If you order a delivery, don't expect them to be delivered at the time they promise as it won't be
We ordered firelogs to be delivered, it was promised to be delivered at 11am, but now it is 4pm 5 hours later and still no sign of them. a joke of a company as if they promise to deliver at such a time they should. They have no consideration for there customers as we cant' be staying at home waiting for these to deliver.

Just rang an asked could I get coal delivered to Blanchardtown, was told by a very abrupt woman no I did say 1 bag & logs she replied I'd have to buy 3 bags, who on earth can afford 3 bags in 1 payweek!!!

We understand your frustration because we also cannot afford to deliver single products to our clients, specifically during the busy winter season. Excellent hard wood and excellent service from Mick
I have been buying klin dried and Air dried hard wood from Mick in Finglas Fuels for years. Fuel delivered when in a crisis by Mick during freezing January. Would not go anywhere else as fuel is at the highest quality. Friendly service and prompt delivery always.Liam
