Not often get a genuine honest shutter company. Had trouble couple times they always tried to do the right thing at the least expense, quick to come out, and polite all round good service. Would recommend.
Amazing company, ladies at the office are always super polite over the phone. Martin has been superb getting out to us in multiple emergency call outs so we could keep operating with minimal down time in our business, top bloke 👍🏻
When you have an emergency and you hear the words “Leave it to me I’ll sort it” from and engineer who was with you within 15 mins of a call. You can’t ask for better service. Thank you for making a bad situation better without fuss !

Incredible service. We had a mechanical fault with our roller shutters at the studio and they were out within the hour to help us open for business. They then replaced the motor first thing the very next morning. Fast, reliable, and professional. Highly recommend.

Absolutely amazing company! Booked them in for a measure, they turned up when they said they would and communication all the way through before ordering was amazing. Door was installed in under 2 weeks and the quality is amazing. We were kept informed every step of the way and given updates on progress of the door. Fantastic service by the guys from the Finch Group yesterday. The electric shutter over the entrance to my shop got mangled up and stuck. They attended within an hour, had to take it apart but had it back working again in half an hour. The guys were friendly and chirpy chaps. 100% recommended!
