Caught shark and had it for dinner!
We had a great time!! Daniel taught us a lot about fishing and we had a good long while to try. We had great success with catching shark! We even ate it for dinner that night. It was quite the experience. Would do it again with this group. Thanks so much for a great day!
Had a fabulous day out with my wonderful son-in-law Cale and Jamie "Shark Bait", that's a whole story in itself, our Captain and guide who was friendly, easy going and especially competent, putting us first on some very fun King Fish and, later in the morning, some feisty big red snapper!
Would highly recommend Fin & Fly as well as Captain Jamie fun, exciting and fish filled day in sunshine state!
Absolutely awesome trip with Captain Jamie at Fin and Fly Fishing Charters. He knows these waters inside and out and had us on king fish soon as we hit the spot. We also wanted to catch some Red Snapper just for fun, and he did not disappoint! Super professional, easygoing, and made the whole experience a blast. Highly recommend if you want to actually catch fish!
Captain Daniel thank you so much for today! Definitely got the job done, made sure we were at all times, took really good care of us all, had a great time! Best Captain! I live on the other side of Florida and came here to visit friends. He really showed up for us on this trip. I had got another trip but then it was booked. I then talked to James on the phone and hooked us up with Captain Daniel and got us another boat he had and it was perfect and meant to be! Captain John was great! He definitely worked it hard until we were on the fish! Then helped with everything and anything we need help with. I’ve been on quite a few fishing charters I would highly recommend this captain and Company communication was good leading up to the charter just a good easy experience from start to finish
We had an incredible deep sea fishing charter with Dan and it exceeded all our expectations. Taking a family of six out on the water—with kids ages 18, 13, 3, and 1.5—is no small task, but Dan handled it like a pro.
He struck the perfect balance between being an expert guide and a patient, easygoing host. The older kids had a blast reeling in fish and learning from Dan, while he made sure the younger ones were safe, comfortable, and still part of the experience. His calm, friendly attitude made the whole trip stress-free for us as parents.
Dan clearly knows his stuff when it comes to deep sea fishing. He put us on fish, kept things moving, and made sure everyone had a chance to participate. The boat was clean, well-equipped, and felt very safe for our entire family.
What really stood out was how he tailored the trip to fit our group. It never felt rushed or overwhelming—just a fun, memorable day on the water that worked for all ages.
We’d absolutely book with Dan again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a family-friendly deep sea fishing charter. Such a great experience from start to finish.
Just went out with Captain Jersey John. He was incredible at getting everything set up and was great with conversation and communication throughout the trip. I’ve been on two charters so far and have been put on great fish multiple times. I greatly recommend fin and fly to anyone in the area looking for some great fishing and a day of good fun!

So much fun
We had so much fun. Jersey was the absolute best guide and so good with our 12 year old who is pretty impatient at times. He was just as enthusiastic as we were when we caught a fish!! We will definitely be coming back down from Wisconsin just to fish again! We even got up close to manatee's which was very cool to see.
