Joe is a delight and his pastries are joy in every bite. The almond croissant was one of the best I’ve ever had. The cookies were to die for. I can’t wait for the next bake sale!

I've ordered truffle boxes from Joe for a couple of years now (before FIKA was even official) and given them as holiday gifts and people LOVE them. The packaging, the unique flavors, that they are handmade and look beautiful. I'd never had pandan before and that's now my favorite. I also got to try his chocolate Basque cheesecake recently and it was literally the best dessert I've ever had- perfect texture, not too sweet.

All of Joe’s creations are so delicious, but his truffles are gorgeous! Thin chocolate shell of perfection that has a crispy crack when you bite it, giving way to the yummiest variety of perfectly soft centers. My kind of truffle. So many amazing flavors, but I’ve got a major soft spot for the milk chocolate ones. Get on the list for his holiday truffles!

Everything I've had from Joe's bakery is both delicious and exquisite. I'm partial to the cookies and cream buns (and croissants...and scones). The truffles are little works of art with really wonderful, unique flavors. Get on the contact list so you can get your Saturday sweets, find him at a pop up or get a box of truffles for someone special.
