figsFlow stands out. I have to admit, I was a little skeptical at first. We’d tried other tools before, but they always felt too generic or not really made for accountants. FigsFlow stands out. Very happy with the change. We were using a more basic document tool before figsflow, and the difference is clear. having templates made to ACCA and ICAEW standards means I don't have to worry if we're following the rules. It also works well with Xero, which was a big reason we chose it. very happy with the change.

decent software for my needs i have been on FigsFlow for about a month now after switching from doing everything manually. there are limited templates option for niche services. but n the brighter side The differences is noticeable. i get proposals quick and other letters are ready and easy to customise.. there are limited templates option for niche services.

The proposal templates are great, the AML side is straightforward, and the whole thing just works. A couple of small things I'd love to see improved but nothing that's slowed us down.

Good idea, still finding its feet Been using FigsFlow's engagement letter software for a couple of months. The ACCA compliant templates are handy and being able to edit each one per client does save time. But some templates still needed more work than expected before I'd send them to a client. Support was fine but response time was slower than I'd like. It does the job and the potential is there. Just don't expect it to be fully plug and play from day one.

Best investment I've made in my practice in years As a tax adviser, I was spending too much time on admin that had nothing to do with actual tax advice. FigsFlow changed that. The engagement letter templates are compliant, and they work. I made a few tweaks to match my firm's style, and they've been running ever since. Clients sign on their phones, and it's efficient. The team has pushed out a couple of updates since I joined. One was AML checks, which is quite helpful. I can run an AML check with a single click and get a full report within minutes. Seven months in, and I wouldn't go back.

We started using FigsFlow to replace two separate systems We started using FigsFlow to replace two separate systems we were using for generating proposals/engagement letters and doing AML/KYC. Having everything in one platform has made a big difference. We can now generate engagement letters within minutes, and once a deal is agreed, AML/KYC checks can be completed immediately. This has saved us around 5–10 hours each week. Client onboarding feels much smoother, and our compliance processes are easier to manage. Overall, it’s been a very positive change for our UK accounting practice.
