software has been a areal improvement We stopped piecing proposals together in Word, and this has been a real improvement. The ACCA-compliant engagement letter templates saved me a whole afternoon when we handled our first big group of clients, and the pricing calculator helps us keep fees consistent for everyone. My only complaint is that the branding customization is a bit limited. I wish I could adjust the layout, not just the logo and colors. Even so, I still use it every day.

I found the ad hoc LOE templates especially helpful, since most software only covers standard engagements. Setting everything up took a bit longer than I expected because there’s a lot to configure with proposals, pricing, and letters all at once. However, support was quick to help when I got stuck. Once it’s set up, it pretty much runs on its own.

Proposals are now sent out on the same day instead of staying in a draft folder for a week. What convinced me was the pricing calculator, since it now allows the team to quote either fixed or value-based fees in a consistent manner rather than each person setting their own rates. The integration with companies is also a useful feature as it retrieves the necessary information without me having to manually search for the company details. We get many of our clients through referrals We get many of our clients through referrals and usually give a small discount to say thanks. before figsflow, i had to edit each proposal by hand and always worried I might make a mistake. Now, the discount is part of the workflow. Setting it up took a bit longer than I thought because there are several pricing options, but once it's set, it works smoothly.

Helpful templates for busy professionals as a bookkeeper juggling ACCA compliance across several clients, the template library has cut my proposal drafting time right down. Templates are already formatted properly so I'm not fiddling with fonts and headers every time. only problem i have is I wanted a couple more industry-specific templates for construction clients, had to build my own from scratch for that one. Still recommend it though.

The workarounds are finally gone Not every client is the same and your KYC process shouldn't be either. FigsFlow gets that now. Building a custom form is quick, the builder is easy to use, and once it's live it just slots into the onboarding flow. No extra tools, no chasing documents over email. Everything lands in one place with a clean audit trail. Proper compliance, finally done right.

loved new custom kyc questionnaire feature Custom KYC questionnaire update might seem small, but it has made a big difference in how we work. Before, we had one form that worked for most clients, but we still had to do a lot of manual follow-up for everyone else. Now, we have a custom questionnaire for each client type, set up just the way we need it. All the responses come back through the same portal our clients are used to. Nothing changed for them, but everything changed for us. Great job to everyone involved.

Useful update but needs more flexibility The automated AML trigger is helpful and saves us a manual step each time. However, I would like more control over when it runs. For some clients, we prefer to do checks before sending the engagement letter, not after it is signed, but the automation does not allow for that right now. The trustid integration usually works well, but we had a few clients where the link did not work as expected. This is a promising update, but it could use a bit more refinement.

Solves the right problem figsflow automating the AML trigger at signature is the right call, and it's clearly something the platform needed. for straightforward clients, it works exactly as it should. Where it falls short for us is with more complex onboarding situations, group companies, joint clients, that kind of thing. The automation doesn't handle those cases as smoothly. We still end up going in manually for anything out of the ordinary. worthhaving, but I'd hold off calling it a complete solution just yet.

We chose the TrustID path, and it has worked well. We chose the TrustID path, and it has worked well. The client signs, the link is sent, and the report returns quickly. Our team hardly needs to get involved. Setting it up took just two minutes, which was a pleasant surprise. The only reason I’m not giving five stars is that I wish we could customize the message clients get with the onboarding link. It’s a small detail, but it would help the process feel more personal and less like it’s coming from the platform. Overall, this is a very helpful update.

easy workflow with helpful improvements AML has always been the step that tends to get missed in a busy practice. with this update, it's now linked directly to the engagement letter signature, so i don't have to worry about handing it off manually. everything stays on one platform, which was already a strong point for figsflow, and now it's even more efficient. i took off one star only because I would like to see more detailed audit trail reporting, especially showing exactly when links were sent and opened. Still, this is a genuinely helpful improvement.
