Fiaschetteria is wonderful date night spot. The atmosphere is incredible with wonderful friendly staff! The food is authentic and absolutely delicious. The burrata, cacio e Pepe and beef rags was to die for. Will definitely be back!

I enjoyed my dinner at the East Village outpost of Fiaschetteria Pistoia. My pasta with duck ragu (maccheroni sull'anatra) was excellent as was the wine. Great outdoor seating and good place for people watching.

I’ve been to the location in Pistoia and the East Village location lives up to the original!

Nice place! My husband and I were missing Italy, so this brought us back! We made an early dinner reservation for this location (I don’t think their west village location takes reservations, and they can only be made by phone), and were seated immediately. There were a few parties that walked in without a reservation and were also seated immediately. It was earlier in the evening, so I’m not sure if this would be the case during a peak dinner hour. Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Anything you ask, they bring almost immediately, which is unlike a lot of service I’ve experienced. We were presented with the wine bottle rack (super nifty and cool), but we opted out of wine for this dinner. I will say, they were PRICY glasses of wine, even for the house wine (nearly $20 a glass). They do bring you table bread with olive oil for the authentic Italian experience, and it’s delicious! Both of us got the cacio e Pepe, which was great! It satisfied our Italian craving, but we agreed that nearly $30 for the pasta dish (not a big portion size) left us feeling a little bit robbed. It was also pretty loud in there with only a few people seated, and I think a lot of the noise came from the staff themselves. But again, they were incredibly attentive so I’m letting that one slide! This was a great place, but with the pricing, I’m not sure if I’d come back to this place over other places. Still, the food is legit, as is the experience, so if that’s what you’re looking for, you found the right place!

Una joya que no es tan conocida y merece más reconocimiento. La atención fue increíble y rápida. El sabor muy auténtico. Nos encantó que para elegir el vino, te lleven una pequeña canasta con las opciones del momento.

Awesome spot for fresh pastas. Not super cheap but well worth every dollar. Tortellini was a standout! Friendly service and nice dining room too.
