After some additional team members and management we finally got some resolution with the windows. One of the managers Jose has finally corrected the deficiencies. Ivan and Jose a sub contractor were so professional and kind and did amazing work.
Thank you Jose for finally working to resolve the issue. Probably ok now to order windows with the new team.
Incompetent from the bosses all the way down. 3 years we have been trying to get a final inspection but that was based on the windows being installed correctly. Wrong sizes ordered multiple times, upon installation windows were broken and reordered. We had damage to foundation and they had to get that fixed. Now almost 3 years and final inspection today, no permits, paperwork or anything required to be gives to county inspector was prepared. If I could give this company -5 stars I would. We have dealt with boss in Orlando as well as Jacksonville trying to just get the job done correctly and get a final that can pass.
Absolutely worst experience with any company when it comes to home repairs or improvements.
I regret using this company and wouldn’t recommend using them for windows at all…

Fransisco and team were knowledgeable, clean, and careful with their installation. What I truly appreciate was the fact that they didn’t damage the custom tiling around the window sills in both of the bathrooms. The finish install looked as if it was done when we redid the bathrooms. Great job!

Diego, just finished replacing a window at my house. He was on time for the appointment and did an excellent job. He even cleaned the glass. Diego was very polite and friendly as all the technicians I have encountered from FHIA including the administration people. It is so nice when a company stands behind their product. Joel recently came out to repair one of my windows. He was right on time and had the part the window needed. He has been here before and is always very pleasant and cheerful. It is such a pleasure to have dealings person like Joel and he really knows his business.

My choice in hiring FHIA was a great choice, their prices were very reasonable and was very helpful in finding financing also, their team consists of sales, measurements and their installation guys (Brian, Joe) was amazing from start to finish, they are very knowledge of their job, helpful, very respectful and kind, they was on time and worked until the job was finished. Their cleanup was an A+, they showed great care for my house and property. Im getting a lot of compliments on my windows. Thank you FHIA, I would definitely recommend your company.
