Anytime someone asks if I know of a good, friendly, reliable dog walker/pet sitter I recommend Fetch! My dog, Murray, and my cat, Puzzle, absolutely love Maureen. She is great with my senior pets(who don't know they are seniors) Thank-you Fetch and Maureen for all you do!

I use Fetch for cat sitting and I have been a client for a long time (probably close to 10 years). I go away once or twice a year for a week or so, and always hire Fetch. Their prices are higher than freelance pet sitters', but it's worth it. My cats have medical needs and have to have a special routine followed. I appreciate the consistency of Fetch sitters' visits, and Fetch is well equipped to deal with an urgent medical need. I also like that Fetch sitters are bonded and insured, since they're in my home. Fetch has always been super reliable and I highly recommend them.

Someone just tried to use my card at this location for 700$ ! I am in Atlanta no where near Florida I’m happy my bank declined the transaction!!! I tried calling but didn’t get a answer

As a first year pet owner, I have come to rely on the professionalism, reliability, quick and consistent communication, and genuine affection for my dog since starting with Fetch! There is no finer example of top-notch leadership or supportive teamwork. My dog is lucky indeed to have visits from Annalee, Charin and Dana on a regular basis and is extremely well adjusted after her recent adoption from our local shelter. I give much of the credit to the dedicated folks at Fetch! Sue and Cora run the most impressive, organized, trustworthy and truly "devoted to your pet's well-being" enterprise I've ever experienced. Kudos to the Fetch! team. If you are considering outside care for your pet, you may feel 100% safe leaving your fur babies, feathered friends or reptilian pets in their care.

Leann and Dennis are wonderful walkers and wonderful people They are always flexible with changes in schedule etc. We are blessed to have the best dog walkers ever. I feel that there is a raise necessary for them. 🐶🐾

I wish they would stop trying to bill Me for a service that was horrible this company watched my dogs while I went away, and I came home and there was piss and poop all over the place. I don’t think the dogs were walked properly and the whole house was a disaster that was piss all over my wall now they are trying to collect the money from 2024, which is disgusting.

I would give it NO STARS if I could. I asked for a sitter for a vacation many weeks in advance and heard NOTHING. I called FETCH and was told Megan would call me back the next day. HEARD NOTHING! Then a few days before my trip I got a random email from a dog sitter who said she was from FETCH and was coming to sit for my dogs. No advance notice, phone call, email, etc. Seriously, did they think I was just sitting around waiting for them to act? I needed to secure a sitter prior to my trip, not a few days before. They are unreliable, with the worst communication skills.

It’s a great relief to know that our kitties are taken care of. We thought we were coming in on Friday evening. Took 5:30 arrival to mean evening. Duh. It means A.M. poor Addy came in and found me passed out on the couch. She kept apologizing but we were glad to have her help, especially with the litter. An 18-hour flight is awful!

Yalla has been going to Fetch since she was a puppy. She is always so excited to go and comes home at night tired and happy! Sue, Cora and Charin give all the dogs so much attention. I never have a single worry when she is in their care!

I'm confused and my home smelled of poop and pee!! I felt thst my babies were safe. I used the service and was very unhappy. What was discussed before the service was not done. Dog poop on the wall, I set aside towels for cleaning any mess and they used my dish rag and they left it on top of his crate. One of the people she sent did not use the shoe covers as I asked them to do. They never secured my home as I has left the alarm remote control. I called the owner and she while on vacation and had expressed my concerns and she said that she would call me back and never did, I had to call her back.

I started a new job and was very nervous about using a dog walker for the first time, but Fetch went above and beyond. Jaime cares deeply about his employees and customers, and he put me in contact with a wonderful dog walker, Michelle. Michelle helped give my dog medication, adapted to my dog’s health problems, and made time to stop by multiple times a day if there was a problem. We built a great relationship and she was very compassionate when I had to put my dog down. It’s difficult to put into words how highly I recommend Fetch and Michelle.

The team at fetch have been great! They respond to requests very quickly. We have used them primarily for multi day overnight pet sitting when we are traveling. The tr has been professional, check in with us based what feels right for us and spend plenty of time at the house. Most importantly, they have been very attentive to our pets unique needs. I will continue to call fetch first.
