We have been happy with our pet sitting services from Fetch! We have used them twice so far, and Breonna and Christina have taken great care of our german shepherd. The app is a nice feature to see photos and updates while we are away. Would recommend Fetch and will use again in the future!

We hired Fetch! about a month ago to help our elderly father care for his dog, Pepper, after Dad moved to an assisted living community. Our canine caregivers, Christina and Asha, are absolutely wonderful. Pepper gets to go outside with his new friends twice a day and they make sure he has enough food and water until the next time one of them visits. Thanks to these ladies from Fetch! Pepper has easily adjusted to his new living arrangements!

I have been relying on Fetch Pet Care to tend my 18 year old cat for the last two years. Christina has been my assigned pet sitter the entire time making the service so efficient. She does an outstanding job taking care of my cat, keeping me informed of how things are going and even filling outside water for birds when she noticed their bowl was empty. Booking and payment are easy online. I highly recommend this reliable and caring service.

Michele and Jamie have been incredible taking care of our two kitties. We couldn’t have asked for a better cat sitting service. Our cats were cared for professionally and lovingly, and it was clear they received attention far beyond the basics. Every visit gave us peace of mind knowing they were safe, happy, and well cared for. The communication was excellent, and the extra care and thoughtfulness truly went above and beyond. Daily photos and videos are so appreciated! They even bring in mail and packages and take great care of our home. Christina has been absolutely amazing with my dog, Tuna. Tuna doesn’t warm up to many people, and he was barking at her at first, but Christina was so patient, kind, and understanding. She took the extra time to let Tuna get comfortable and build trust, and that meant so much to me. You can truly tell she cares about animals and treats them with love and respect. It made me feel really good knowing Tuna was with someone so compassionate and dependable. I honestly think anyone would be lucky to have Christina as their dog walker or sitter. She is awesome, and I highly recommend her!

We've been using Fetch since 2014. Liz does a wonderful job taking care of our two cats, including managing different prescription diets, medication, and an inhaler treatment. Communication is wonderful - we get a detailed report with checklist after every visit. Recently, one of our trips coincided with some extreme weather at home, and Jamie, the owner, was proactive about communication, flexible, and committed to helping us come up with a plan that kept all pets and humans safe. It's such a relief to know that the cats are well taken care of when we're gone.

Our VERY energetic Aussie has the best time at Fetch! She can't wait to get out of the car when she sees where we are and is happily wiggling when we pick her up! Excellent care for my kittens. I have two kittens, one 6 months, the other 11 months. Fetch has taken great care of them on two occasions including one long weekend, and one 10 day vacation. Fetch is thorough and they ask lots of questions, not only about vet coverage but also about things like where you keep your cat carrier. They send daily updates and lots of photos of the kitties. Both of the care givers clearly love animals. Highly recommended.

Donna and her team have been walking and caring for my senior dog with senior issues for a year. Between the dog walking and dog sitting so I could get away, Donna and Kitty have made my dog comfortable and happy while I've been gone. They are wonderful and I trust them to take care of my best buddy! Donna has excellent follow-up and I love the journals with the pictures and update on how their time together went. Highly recommend!

I have a NEGATIVE review with one positive that is my Cavalier King Charles that was taken to the hospital. I am grateful that my dog was taken to the vet in an emergency situation and returned home safely by the sitter, CHRISTINA. Those of you praising her, ATTENTION!!! However, after that, I do not feel that the care was as it should have and matches the price I have been charged. I can home to days of poop and pee on the floor that had dried despite providing materials, despite asking if I need to add additional walks. The sitter saying it was too late for her. This is a business if your dogwalkers can't do it get other walkers. I do not recommend and will not use Fetch again. The customer service was poor also, I was told I would be contacted to discussed it took 3 days to contact me. After my dog was left overnight in a bedroom with the doorshut without water, I was offered a discount of $75. Then without my permission they charged me the full amount minus $75. I am requesting $200 to be returned, I have several doggie camera so I saw it on film. The sitter sat on the couch on her phone and did not interact/play with my dogs. Disgusting! I deserve a TOTAL REFUND. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!
