Disappointed is an understatement. 4.5 years later I have received less than 30% of claimed outcome which they took more than me. Constantly giving believed time frames and payout that was not even close to real outcomes. Pretending to care and reduce their costs trying because in reality they were incompetent and didn't fulfil the obligations. Numerous changes of lawyers, sometimes without correspondence or notice.
Fern Lawyers helped me get Workers Comp when I didn’t know how or what to do. They worked with me and we went to Arbitration/Conciliation and we won.
My case isn’t over yet, and Fern Lawyers are still working with me to get TPD, but I have been pleased with their results so far. They have been kind to me through what is a truly awful process and I’m looking forward to it all being over.

Yesterday afternoon, I settled my Work Injury Damages claim after over four years off work due to a psychological injury. Fern lawyers was recommended to me by a friend who had employed their services for a similar matter.

About 2 and a half years ago I sustained an injury from work due to their negligence, I had continued to work for almost a year after injury been highly mediated to get through my shifts.
