Not from the area and was visiting a relative in the local hospital who hasn't been eating. Their favourite food is skate so I popped in on my way to get a bit to take in.
The Skate middle was cooked to order, the service was excellent and the takeaway was absolutely spotless.
She enjoyed and finished the fish which was still piping hot when we got to the ward.
If we lived closer we would definitely use on a regular basis.

Ordered over the phone, lady said 10-15 mins when my partner arrived to collect the order he was told to wait 5 mins, he then asked again and they said you haven’t paid for it meaning it’s not been cooked, there is clearly no point phoning your order in if they don’t bother cooking it of, also instead of saying 10-15 she should have said it won’t be cooked untill you arrive.
Had the food before and to be fair is the best chip shop in shenfield Hutton area.

It’s very difficult finding a takeaway on a Monday, let alone a decent one. Me and my partner were sceptical at first, specifically about ordering fish on a Monday, let alone from a new place .. but we were feeling adventurous and just went for it. We ordered cod, haddock, chips and curry sauce. We were pleasantly surprised - everything that arrived was absolutely delicious. Fish was fresh, full of flavour and crispy. The true definition of “finger licking good”. Chips tasted fresh and the curry sauce was amazing. We would definitely be returning customers based on this experience. Just hoping they will keep their standards up over time. Highly recommended!
