I had an amazing experience as a first time client today. I completely melted into the table today with my massage with Katrina. The studio was very aesthetically pleasing; decorated very beautifully and was very clean.
Katrina did an excellent job of listening to what was going on in my body. I felt like I went into a healing and relaxing vortex with her massage. I would give 10 stars if I could. Highly recommend this studio for a massage.

I had a massage with Kevin that was excellent. I've had hundreds of massages in my life but never one like Kevin's--and I mean that in a good way. He moves slowly but deeply and is versed in the mechanics of our bodies so you get maximum effectiveness. Outside of Kevin, it was easy to book, the space is cozy and I appreciate the all-inclusive pricing. I don't live in Austin, but if I did, I'd be a regular!
The best massage therapist I have EVER seen. If you are regular to massage you notice the typical patterns that they must teach in massage school... they do not do that here. They read your body and tackle issues with experience and knowledge.
And tip is included in the price! Factor that in when comparing costs of other options. Feel Damn Good is damn good!
Oh. My. God. Kevin 🙌 o.m.g. If you have chronic pain issues.... Do it.
He uses VERY. Slow. Long. Purposeful movements. If you have a little anxiety or ADHD it may be tough at first, but that's just anxious brain talking. Once you let go and lean in, it is absolutely amazing Because he is deeply attuned to your body. (And again, anyone with chronic pain or injury ...Always get at least 90 minutes. 60 is too quick for any massage and it's worth the extra cost to get bigger benefit)
Not to mention I do really love that they don't upcharge for things and it's a flat rate. So no trying to math at the end when your brain is mush and it allows the practitioners to just do what is needed for the client and neither person have to worry about "is this extra". Very human centered.
I was dealing with sciatica for several months and went to PT several times. A friend suggested I get a massage, which I had previously done at another establishment. I booked a session with Kate, she listened to what I was experiencing and addressed the issue. I woke up today feeling better than I have in months.
Best massage in Austin. Seriously. I've tried the other massage studios in town, but I haven't found a consistent one. Even super highly rated ones on yelp are hit or miss.
Really good deep pressure massage with a nice, clean and calm ambience. Everyone that I've seen at FDG is a pro and sometimes I have trouble choosing who I want to book with. I get a massage once a week from Katrina or Kevin. Both solid. My wife is pregnant right now and gets her massages from Kate, who is a prenatal specialist. Everyone is consistently amazing here.
