I had been doing some research online to find out what mattresses were highly rated and all of the mattresses that made up the top 10 lists I found were mostly online mattresses. So when I found The Online Mattress Store right down the road from me I was very excited to get to feel and see some of those brands in person. Eric was very helpful, knowledgeable, and not just looking for a sale. Honestly I am not sure why anyone interested in buying an online mattress wouldn't go through him because it saves a little money to do so and if you need a return or exchange he handles that for you! I highly recommend!

Eric was great to work with, no pressure and straightforward pricing within the store. It was nice to try the mattresses in person and we got a better price than we would have online as well. We had him hold the mattress for a couple weeks as we were moving which was great and when ready he delivered and help set it up.

I would highly recommend checking this place out if you're looking to get a new mattress, especially if you're interested in the big names in the "mattress in a box" business (online retailers). This is the only place in the area where you can test them out instead of buying blind. Eric is knowledgeable and gives you space to look around and try out the mattresses so don't let calling for an appointment be intimidating. He's also not pushy at all, which is always nice but especially when you're as indecisive as I am! I ended up going with a Helix mattress that I'm really happy with so far. Price point is great and they offer other helpful perks like delivery and a 100 day sleep trial.

Had a good experience trialing mattresses in his warehouse. Good selection. He is knowledgeable about the products, gave plenty of space to try the mattresses without feeling pressured to buy. Ended up purchasing a Leesa, it was shipped promptly.
