I've had a great experience with the Fort Dodge Family Credit Union over the past 2 years. Their customer service is excellent, and I find their online banking platform easy to use. The staff has went out of their way to help me resolve an issue with my account quickly and efficiently. I appreciate their transparent fee structure and competitive interest rates. I highly recommend this bank for anyone looking for a reliable, customer-focused financial institution!

I've banked here for about 7 years and they have all ways been good. Today I brought in $13,100 and they counted it and said $12,200. Almost $1,000 off! If I had not counted that the day prior I would of just lost that due to them not knowing how to count. For a place that deals with money everyday that big of a mistake is ridiculous! Due to this I will be switching banks.

Came thru on lunch break sat at window for 15 mjns before someone even spoke to me.when I could see them them just standing and talking .

Leslie, I am so sorry that service from us that day was below our standards. Thank you for letting us know. It is with this feedback that we can work on providing the exceptional service that our members have grown accustomed to. In checking further, it appears that you did have a seven minute wait at the window. We had two employees working up front at lunch time. At the time you came up to the window one was helping a member on the teller line and the other was on the phone with another member. It was an unfortunate situation that occurred due to the timing being at the lunch hour. Both members needing extended services beyond our typical quick service.
Best local credit union! They have helped me and my family so much through the years. Incredibly friendly knowledgeable and helpful staff.

The loan officer, Mike, is the reason why I was able to refinance my person loan and get my own place. I haven't had a more professional experience in a bank ever. I have been with them for a year now and have nothing but positive things to say.

I was in the market for a motorcycle, Terry Case at the credit union was very helpful and quick on reply’s. As well as making sure I got a bike that is worth what they where asking. I think he went above and beyond. Everyone there always does ive been banking here since I was 15-16 I’m 25 now never once have I had a problem.
