We were extremely pleased at how clean the glass and logs now look and they did a refresh on the embers. They installed this unit eight years ago. The technician Dan was wonderful. My husband said that he did a really great job and spent a lot of time attending to the logs. There is extreme attention to detail. Thank you, Dan, Ryan, and the rest of the team.

Ryan did an excellent job cleaning, inspecting and answering all of my multiple questions about our wood stove. He was kind throughout, communicated well and left the area cleaner than when he arrived. Would use again.

As usual, they did a great job, were very thorough, provided a professional report (with images), showed up on time and made sure the area was absolutely spotless when they were finished. Fireplace and Chimney Professionals are professional, courteous, and knowledgeable, everyone I dealt with - the owner, front office, and the technicians. I recently bought a house, replaced the roof right away, and soon after that had Fireplace and Chimney inspect the wood stove, discovering that the roofers had damaged the wood stove pipe, not re-attached it properly, and got roofing tar all over it. This damage would have set my house on fire had I used the wood stove. Fireplace and Chimney did a wonderful job replacing the pipe. I feel safe using my wood stove now, and the financing option on their website was a breeze to use. 😊✨

Had my oil burner chimney inspected top to bottom and cleaned. The entire process, from making the appointment to completion was hassle free! Ryan, the tech who performed the service was thorough and helpful with my concerns. Based on my experience with this company I would highly recommend them! I also have a wood stove and they will be my choice to inspect and clean the chimney for that!
