I was experiencing some difficulties with a effer crane I had just purchased. I contacted Fernando at Fcm cranes, he was brilliant guiding me through the owners manual procedures to get my crane functioning again. He spent 45 minutes on FaceTime with me diagnosing and resolving my issue. We are a small business, (skyline transport). All the help in a competitive industry goes along way to keeping the wheels moving. Massive Thankyou again Fernando.
