Outstanding service from Fast Glass Midlands Ltd. I had read the previous reviews on checkatrade for Fast Glass Midlands, gave them a call on the Monday, Lewis visited the same day. I had 2 windows where the end result was that they needed replacing - Lewis took time to explain the issue and what my options were, deposit taken that day and windows replaced within a week! The team that came to carry out the job were also outstanding, quick, efficient and cleaned up after themselves. I would not hesitate to recommend Fast Glass Midlands - a professional, friendly company who I would without doubt use again.
Fast Glass Midlands were absolutely brilliant from start to finish. They replaced a number of failed double-glazed windows for us and did the job quickly, efficiently and with real care. Quick response to my call, excellent communication (clear and concise with regular updates; listened to what I thought I wanted and responded with ideas for a more economical way forward that would give the same result).
I had three of the team on site at different times, all of whom were very polite and carried out the work in a clean and efficient manner. They were all lovely to have around.
Not only a good job but Kelvin also pointed out some issues I might have with the flat roof on an extension to the house (transpired that the roof had been very poorly installed and needed replacing). [NB Kelvin identified the issue but didn't try to recommend a roofer.]
All in all, a fantastic job and I would throughly recommend them!
Lewis quoted me a good price for 6 blown units. 3 on a bay and 3 smaller top ones with leading. 3 working days later they've been fitted and look great, along with a 10 year guarantee.
Lewis and Kelvin were both very quick, tidy, polite and professional and I'm really pleased with the result. I very rarely buy from the doorstep, but in this case it was a timely visit and I'm glad I did - they exceeded expectations.

Got a great quote for 4 blown windows ordered the same day they came to quote, refitted within 4 days, and the lock repaired as well Perfect job, woukd not know anything was worked on Great polite lads and finished it all in a flash.
