He coordinated with the building representative, and spent several hours carefully analysing and resolving the issue. Fast Direct Plumbing were amazing during my hot water emergency. My old unit burst late at night and they came out first thing the next morning. They isolated the leak, removed the damaged system and installed a new hot water unit on the spot. They even checked all the nearby pipes for damage. Fast, calm and professional in a stressful situation. Couldn’t recommend them more.

Fast Direct Plumbing helped me out with my rental property in Hawthorn, and they were fantastic. The tenants reported a leaking toilet and water coming through the ceiling below. The team found a split pipe in the wall, replaced it straight away and checked the whole bathroom to make sure nothing else had been missed. They also organised a plasterer to repair the ceiling damage. Quick, professional and really easy to work with. I’ll definitely use them again.

I had Fast Direct Plumbing out to Glenroy to fix hidden leaks from a rushed renovation. They found a cracked waste pipe under the bath, a loose connection behind the vanity and water damage starting to spread. They repaired everything, checked the rest of the bathroom and organised a tiler to patch the area. Honestly, such a good team. Highly recommend.
