I came in for some serious herniated disc pain and they gave information that I needed to know about how my herniated discs have probably gotten worse due to the symptoms I was experiencing. I saw Oscar and Casey and I have to say, they were both absolutely amazing. I have never met such kind and caring people in a while and I’m so thankful they were the people I saw today. I recommend Oscar and Casey to anyone that needs to be heard and truly seen at your visit. They were very fast and efficient with their care but they made sure that I was okay through it all. When Oscar gave me the injection, that was the first time I didn’t feel a needle enter my body. Amazing people and an amazing clinic, I highly recommend to anyone needing urgent care! I hope to see them again sometime.

I appreciate the care and attention the staff give me and my family from the moment I come in. The front desk girl (she is amazing!) is very professional detail oriented and warm and welcoming. I came in at 6:40 PM and was the only patient in the entire building. There were multiple staff members there, yet I was barely greeted and left sitting there while they said they were “verifying insurance.” By 7:05 PM, after already waiting 25 minutes without even being seen, I asked for an update and was told it would still be at least another 15 minutes. So let me get this straight: at a place called Fast Aid, with no other patients waiting, it was going to take around 40 minutes just to verify insurance before I could even be seen. I only came in because I know I have an ear infection. I’ve had them before. I explained that I just needed to be seen and get medicine. This was not a complicated situation. If the clinic had been busy, that would have been one thing. But it was completely empty. There is absolutely no excuse for that kind of delay when I was the only patient in the building. The lack of urgency, poor communication, and overall inefficiency were ridiculous. If “fast” is in your name, maybe try acting like it.

First time to try Fast Aid Urgent Care. Everyone was so friendly- the receptionist, the nurse who did the vitals and gathered information (Mirelly Pena) and the PA (Susan Wilgus) who assessed. The PA was very thorough- asked many questions about past medical history and current conditions, as well. She also offered suggestions to visit with my specialists about should this continue. She was also very personable, which was nice! Although hurting and not feeling well, I left there smiling. Will definitely return should the need arise!
