She absolutely went above and beyond for me; I’m a first time home owner and she explained all the why’s and when’s of the entire process in a way that was manageable. I know I could not have been in better hands. I never once had to reach out to her for updates; she looped me into every necessary conversation while juggling a million other things behind the scenes. Her years of experience were essential to keeping the whole transaction on course, so much so that we were actually able to close escrow a whole week before schedule. Gurpreet is incredibly professional, an amazing negotiator, and quite the strategist. Not only did she get the seller to accept a lower offer than the listed price, but she also negotiated a $6,000 credit in closing costs for necessary repairs at the property.
