I first met Julie at an open house two years ago and stayed in touch as we explored the idea of purchasing a property in the Bay Area. While our plans shifted and we eventually moved out of the area, when it came time to sell our condo in Hayward, Julie was the agent we trusted to get it done. She knows the area, understands the market, and truly puts in the work. Our condo had previously been on the market for three months with no offers, but once Julie stepped in—getting it staged and listed—we had an offer in just two weeks and closed within three! The market isn’t easy for sellers right now, but Julie delivered results. I couldn’t recommend her more!

Julie is amazing. She gives her 150% for you without the pushiness I’ve experienced with other real estate agents. I was a first time home buyer and had no idea what I was doing. But Julie made sure our home buying experience was smooth and also a fun learning experience! She even started us off with a fun presentation on the different steps in a home buying process. She’s honest and will point out anything jarring so that you know what you’re getting yourself into. She also went above and beyond to get me the best deal on houses, even if it’s in her best interest to have higher pricing! Not only did she get me a great deal on the house, she got me an incredible deal with our loaner. How? She does her research. She helped me seal an interest rate deal that was 2.5% less than the market interest rate!!! Julie was also so so responsive. There were times I messaged her late at night and she always responds! I even started asking her to not feel pressure responding late at night and to not overwork herself. But she always messages back the same night! She’s personable and with her bright bubbly personality, she’s so fun to work with. I give her a 10/10 rating and highly recommend her for anyone looking into buying or selling their home!

We have been recommending Julie Yuan to everyone we know!  She is a dedicated and thoughtful real estate agent, and she helped us get our dream house. But you could say that about lots of real estate agents, right?  Here are the three things that really set Julie apart.  First, she's not kidding about being the numbers agent. She has a spreadsheet and analysis for just about everything. If you need someone to bring an objective financial lens to your search she's the perfect person.  Second, despite her quantitative approach she's actually great at talking about the emotional aspects of the house search.  My husband and I looked for houses for almost a year.  We had a limited budget and needed to be within commuting distance of our jobs in different Bay Area cities. Julie was great at helping us stay focused and identify compromises that helped us get what we wanted. Finally, when it was time to close, Julie worked incredibly hard. Our house had some zoning issues, and Julie was tireless about finding a lender who could work with us despite the fact our house was in some kind of administrative bermuda triangle.  We literally don't know how we would have done it without her.  In short, you really can't do any better than Julie, and you should sign up to work with her as soon as you can.
