They handle everything efficiently, including placing my luggage through the scanners on exit — something I truly appreciate as someone with sciatica.

We signed up for this service because we heard/read that the airport at Marrakech be a bit stressful. The service was excellent. Someone met us as we got off the plane. The were very professional and friendly. They helped us skip the entire (very long) line at the immigration control checkpoint, and then again at the customs checkpoint. The whole process from stepping off the plane to being delivered to our hotel shuttle service driver took less than 10-15 minutes. From the length of the lines at customs and passport control, my guess is it would take at least 1 hour or more without this service. For our first time in the city, it was well worth the extra cost.
