I contacted Farewell Cremations to prepare for my father's passing. Matthew was very kind and transparent about the cost and inclusions. I filled out a simple form, ready for when it was needed. Three days later I rang to check in. Matthew gave me reassurance everything was ready. The next day my father passed away. All I had to do was give the phone number to the aged care facility and that was it. They came and collected my father and notified me he was in their care, ready for cremation. I can not imagine it having been a more simple and easy process. It was such a relief that made a very difficult time a little easier. Thank you Matthew.

Everything I want to say about Farewell Cremations I probably can't fit into this review, but I will say they were amazing, professional and very empathetic. From the moment I phoned Matthew he made the process so much easier for our family, and all with kindness and care. We are navigating the devastating loss of our dear brother and son from New Zealand, so to have the process handled so well and easily made the process a bit easier for us. Communication was strong the whole way through. Matthew even went out of his way to provide something that I wanted to send off with my brother, which meant the world to us. Can't recommend Farewell enough...would give 10 stars if I could.

Caring and professional funeral directors What can I say. Farewell Cremations Perth were so caring and accomodating. We had a viewing funeral service followed by a direct cremation and everything went so perfectly. The casket flowers were native flowers that Tim loved and we just needed one last goodbye. My Dad passed away from old age and Mathew took care of everything for me as i was stressed and mentally exhausted going up and down the hospital and trying to sort out my Dads affairs over a 10 week period. Constantly in contact with him and he was so understanding. I needed a Celebrant to do a funeral service at my house and Mathew gave me the contact details of a very repected Celebrant who i had organised with to attend my house to carry out the servuce with many close friends and family members who had attended and was such a nice service. Also had to change and amend some information on my Dads Death Certificate which with no hassels Mathew had amended this for me. Also purchased a Beautiful Blue Marble Urn from Mathew for my Dads Ashes which surprised me so much as i didnt know it woud be so beautuful and unique like this. Kept me informed on the crenation time and arrival, took photos for me and everything was done with ease...thanks agaun Mat, much appreciated...
