This house was great for our group! Ivan did a fantastic job with instructions and pictures before arriving, and was quick to answer any messages we had. Got lucky to run into him and his wife on separate occasions and they are incredibly welcoming and friendly people! We woke up to 4” of fresh snow on our departure day, and the sidewalks and alley had already been cleared, and someone had already cleared off our car! Thanks again to whoever did that! The house was definitely the cleanest AirBnB I have ever stayed in, and was well stocked and prepared for anything we could have needed for our stay. Thank you again, Ivan, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again for my next trip to Chicago!

We stayed at Ivan’s place while in Chicago for a wedding, and it was perfect. The place was clean, well-stocked, and exactly as described. Ivan is a great host who I really enjoyed chatting with in person. I liked that each room had a refillable glass water bottle already filled. Attention to detail with snacks and extra toiletries in the bathrooms. Will stay there again for sure - also very walkable and close to Lincoln Square and Wrigley. There’s also a police precinct located two blocks away.

Ivan made us feel like family during our stay. We were in town for a long weekend to catch a game at Wrigley, and Ivan went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The place was just as pictured and expected - lovely, clean, and comfy! We enjoyed the family atmosphere around the inside courtyard of the property - one evening we were heading to dinner and there was a projector outside with a movie showing and the families enjoying popcorn on blankets. It was SO charming. The house was comfortable, we slept great, and Ivan was very responsive to any questions we had…which weren’t many because the directions to the home, the check in/out process, and many other FAQs were already lined out in the guide we were given. Easy peasy and so pleasant!We had an absolute blast celebrating the last summer before our youngest heads to college, but we will definitely be back to stay at Ivan’s place when we return to Chicago. We definitely recommend, 10/10!!

Cozy family home in a great location
☺ The host was very nice and responsive, and willing to help out if needed. The location was good and close to great places to eat and local parks. The house was very clean and comfortable and the space was well utilized. There were tons of family board games to play and other useful items already stocked in the home to make things more convenient.
☹ There aren't TVs in every bedroom which was a bummer, especially when traveling with a large family. The booking was advertised as a 2 bath but it's 1 1/2 which was a bit disappointing when checking in due to having a large family and having to share 1 shower, but we made the best of it. Other than those small things everything was great! I think if TVs are added to all the bedrooms it would be an extra bonus!
