Dealing with Family Law Resolutions has been by far the most frustrating experience I've had in the country. I'm sorry for giving out a bad review, I usually don't since I've worked in customer service roles before and I know how hurtful this is. What could have been resolved in one phone call takes multiple emails over weeks and there is absolutely no accountability - and this is after charging a few hundred dollars to fast-track things. Staff has been polite so I am not taking a dig at anyone individually. Many apologies for leaving this feedback. Many thanks.
