They were very nice very understandable with my situation. I am a single mom working two jobs and they were so considerate with separating prices and encouraging me to really take care of my mouth. I appreciate the consistency they have and the model that That they represent very professional. The office is beautiful. The people there are beautiful. The dentist is extremely kind understanding she’s willing to work with you and make you feel good about getting your mouth together. I can’t wait till the finish work is complete because I know I’m gonna love my smile. Thank you, family Dentist You rock.

I was able to get a same-day appointment, and my experience was excellent from the front office to the treatment room. Evelyn at the front desk was welcoming, kind, and immediately made me feel comfortable upon arrival.
I shared with the dentist that I am very anxious about dental visits, and he was patient, gentle, and attentive throughout the entire appointment, which I truly appreciated. Christian was also friendly and professional. The dental assistant who took my X-rays was equally kind and made the process quick and comfortable.
The care and customer service were so impressive that I scheduled an appointment for my husband the very next day, and they were able to accommodate him as well. I would absolutely recommend this office and encourage others to give them a try.

Been here twice for dental cleanings. They do everything too quickly and don’t pay attention to detail. After both cleanings, I leave this office with plaque still on my teeth. During my past visit, I waited 30min past my appointment time to be seen. The dental hygienist improperly flossed my teeth, flossing only one side of the tooth. They also polished my teeth before the actual cleaning procedure, which made no sense to me. Im surprised this clinic has great reviews and it was the reason I came here in the first place. At least the staff here is sweet and respectful. Never coming here again.
Excellent, caring team. They made my experience a relaxing and enjoyable experience. I would definitely recommend them if tyou are looking for a new dentist.

Dr. Zach was very friendly, calm and patient with me.
He is also very meticulous about his work, making sure it's good and correct and always assuring my comfort.
The Dental Assistant was also kind and reassuring, and pat iui ent as well.
I would definitely recommend Family Dental.

Be sure to ask for clarification on the price because I came in one day and was quoted a certain price for a tooth extraction and when I come for my appointment the price for some reason is $100 more. They did not clarify nor inform to me that the price they gave me (written and verbal) was apparently a “discounted” price had I chosen to do a bone graft as well. I was given no choice because I needed the extraction due to severe pain but to pay the “original” price. Its highly unprofessional as a whole to not even take accountability for what was said/not said. I still have the original quote and no where does show that its a discounted price. DH are not the problem, its the front desk staff.
I was pleasantly surprised by how quick and painless my experience was. I usually dread dentist visits, but this was the first time in over 40 years that I felt comfortable going in—and left the office happy, with no tears!!

I wish I’d done this years ago. The implant looks identical to my other teeth. I can eat anything again, thanks to my implants. Dr. Gupta listens to every concern and explains clearly.
