I'm really disappointed with this dental office. Before taking my daughter, I called and asked the receptionist if they accepted my insurance. She even asked for my insurance number, checked it, and told me yes, so I went ahead and made the appointment. At the visit, they checked my daughter and tried to brush her teeth, but she was scared of the machine so they couldn't even complete the cleaning. Later on, I received a bill charging me for the check-up and cleaning. When I called to ask why it wasn't billed through my insurance, they told me it was out of network. That was never mentioned when I called. I asked specifically to avoid this exact situation. Very unprofessional and misleading. I wouldn't have taken my daughter there if they had been honest from the beginning.

Outstanding services and staff! I could not be happier with a dentist and the entire office staff. I have been going to this dental office (particularly Dr. Mkrdichian) for about 40 years and have never thought of leaving it. I now live in Naperville and I still drive an hour to this dental office. I have had my Invisalign here as well with Dr. Odisho. He is very professional and knowledgeable and straight forward with pricing and appointments. Thank you to Dr. Mkrdichian for running such an outstanding and professional dental office and more importantly for your care and dedication to your patients. I will give this office the highest rating.

I called to verify if they are in network with my insurance and they say they accept all kinds of dental insurance. That is an aswer they would like to have clients come and you will surprised you got a bill. But they have the point we accept all kinds of insurance but they didnt have to say we are in network.I should have done more due diligence l.And i called them back about those charges and just like that apologize after the fact “ Oh. I am sorry we are not in network with delta dental”.. and I paid.

Outstanding staff! The dentists, hygienists and receptionists are all extremely courteous and professional. I’ve been to Dr. Mkrdichian’s office for years, since I was a teenager, and could not be happier with my experience at a dental office. I now live in Naperville and still drive out there. I’ve had many different types of dental procedures (including Invisalign) and every one of them have been perfectly done and pain free. You will not be disappointed with these top dental professionals!

I cannot recommend Dr. Ashore Elia highly enough. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and detail-oriented. He is also very friendly and always takes the time to explain things clearly, making sure I feel comfortable. Whenever I’ve had an issue, he has always come up with a solution, and on several occasions, he has even adjusted his schedule to accommodate my emergencies. That kind of empathy and dedication is rare. A big thank-you as well to his assistant, Karolina, whose kindness and support always make my visits easier. Although it takes me 45 minutes to an hour to get here, I wouldn’t trust any other dentist with my care. The combination of professionalism, compassion, and genuine attention to detail makes the drive absolutely worth it.
