My mother had a beautiful swarm of bees take up residence in a wooden bird house. Unfortunately, they had to be evicted. Saving the bees was very import to me. I called Family Bees, spoke to Mercedes. She assured me they could be evicted kindly and relocated to be able to live and conduct their business that is so important to all of us. I made an appointment and was given a window of time. Carlos, who was very professional, came, explained the process and answered all my questions and concerns. Just as promised the bees were very nicely evicted. I wholeheartedly recommend Family Bees for all your bee eviction needs

Yesterday while taking my dogs out into the backyard, I looked up and saw a hive directly beneath the facia board. I took the dogs back in the house, told my wife not to go outside and started looking for help. First I spoke with Dewey Pest Control who wanted to charge $350! I kept searching and by the grace of God found Family Bees who only charged me half of that! Carlos came out with his team and did a free inspection. He found 3 separate places where the (wasps) were nesting (I thought they were bees). He sprayed and filled the holes quickly and efficiently. I recommend this company for their professionalism and excellent t customer service.
Family Bee Eco-Friendly Removal were very quick to take our call and even arrived earlier than expected, which worked out perfectly. Carlos and Eladio were a great help both very friendly and professional. They got straight to work and removed all the wasp nests around the outside of my home. The price was also great 👍🏽👍🏽. I’ll definitely be recommending their services to my neighbors, friends, and family!

We had over 13 wasp nests on property and Family Bees solved our problem in less than 30 minutes. Very smooth process with a quick response and elimination. I'm very thankful I found this company to deal with a swarm of bees on our mobile home property. We wanted the bees to be saved and they did just that. They were on time, very communicative and the price for this service was very affordable! I will definitely come back to them if we ever have a bee problem again

Called on Sunday; job completed by Monday afternoon. Carlos showed up ad sent photo of hive to office. Mercedes (office staff) finalized a quote, and Carlos suited up. In the space of an hour, he "smoked" the bees to relax them, then removed wooden step on hillside, scooped out & poured a gallon of honey + comb (which we saved for later filtering). Finally, he removed countless bees PLUS THEIR QUEEN in a metal-mesh container [see photo] for supervised quarantine in national forest. Thereafter, bees will be available to local beekeepers for ag pollination. Mercedes emailed an invoice. I paid by phone via credit card and received an immediate "paid" receipt. While not inexpensive, this company is friendly, professional, and truly eco-friendly! I recommend them 100%.

Unfortunately I had an appointment with them to come to a bee removal and they have not responded to any of my calls or the request form I left online. Essentially I've been ghosted :(

This company is incredible! I messaged them through Yelp and sent a photo about a newly discovered bee hive in our tree. Immediately I received a response back with a quote. A day and a half later their crew showed up- earlier than our scheduled time which was great. I highly recommend this company. They were polite, professional and got the job done quick. I appreciate how they removed the bees in a humane way. You will not be disappointed hiring Family Bees Eco-Friendly!
Love Family Bees Eco-Friendly Removal. Everyone else we spoke to was just a total hassle to schedule, or they wanted way too much money. Have used others before-- but these guys were great value, and very on top of customer service.
We needed a new bee hive removed that was inside a retaining wall, and near the backdoor of the house. Was in a bad spot. The hive was only about a month or two old. Talked to Mercedes in the office and she sent out a tech for a estimate the next day. She called to confirm the day of as well. The tech was so awesome! Very professional, just a really nice guy, you can tell he cared about his job. It was refreshing. He did a great job explaining the process. We went ahead and approved the work right then and there--the job took only about an hour, it was very well done with care for the bees and our property. Would recommend them to anyone!!
Update: 2024. So we have had the bees come back, while we sealed off the area but it was compromised due to rain and the bees setup shop but thankfully we saw them move in. It’s just in a very bad spot for us otherwise we would leave them Bee. Haha. So we Called Eco bees. Office was lovely as always and the crew came out in 2 days, they remembered us and were super nice. They didn’t even charge us because it was with it a warranty period!?!? Legends. Highly recommend.

I had to have them come out again for another bee problem. Once again, FANTASTIC service. Juan Carlos was very nice, very friendly, and very good at his job. He explained things carefully, and showed me how to prevent future invasions. Great company!
