My dad has been dealing with a diabetic wound on his lower leg that wouldn’t heal for months. We’d tried everything: hospital visits, antibiotics, different ointments, but nothing seemed to work. From the very first appointment, I knew we’d found the right place. Noemi was a patient, thorough, and genuinely caring professional. She took the time to clean and dress my dad’s wound properly, explained every step of his care plan, and even showed us how to manage it at home. She never rushed us and ensured my dad was comfortable throughout every visit. Within just a couple of weeks, his wound began to show significant improvement, more than it had in months; the swelling decreased, and healthy skin started to form again.
The entire staff is incredibly kind and attentive; they always follow up and genuinely treat us like family. My dad actually looks forward to his appointments now, which says a great deal. I can’t thank them enough for helping him heal and making what was a stressful situation feel more manageable. Would highly recommend them!
