We first reached out to Family Air Experts in July for a quote on air duct cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, and AC tune-ups at our primary home. Once we met Nathan, we knew immediately we wanted to work with them!
Since then, they’ve worked at both our home and our rental property, with Scotty servicing each. All three visits have been such a great experience, with excellent communication throughout.
Their online scheduling and payment portal deserve a shout out, too! Im able to upload warranty information, photos, and videos, keeping everything in one place and making it so easy to refer back to. Every company should have a system like this!

Thank goodness for Family Air! Our new unit decided to test the warranty and Family Air came thru! Replaced within 24 hours and even worked with us on costs/labor. Bo and Daniel were so polite and worked quickly to get us back up and working. Dalton even provided us with a mini unit to get us thru the night. I cannot recommend them enough. They are family!

A Weekend condenser failure led me to call on Family Air Experts for their expertise. They were at my home within the hour and quickly troubleshot a weak capacitor and misplaced wire from the previous HVAC service company. They had us fixed up and chill’n again in about a half hour.

Honestly, if I could give them 10 stars I would.
Little back story -
I had my AC unit at work and home from a long time company in our area. This company installed my home unit in 2016. They have serviced it twice a year since it was installed. In 2023 they charged me $800 to clean my evaporator coil. They told me the filters I was using were "too good" and I needed to use a less expensive filter. 3 years later, my unit is now 10 years old and out of warranty. They put some machine on the outside unit and said all seems fine with your numbers, I tell them it's struggling more than ever. They come inside, look at my coil and tell me I need a new coil because the one I have is covered in pet hair and filth (it was actually covered in algae too per my son who looked at it and attempted to clean it) and blamed it on my less expensive filters!
I cannot afford a new unit. So I reached out to friends asking for any referrals to someone who might be able to help me. In comes Family Air Experts and Nathan, one of the owners.
He came to my house and actually opened my outside unit and showed me all the filth that needed to be cleaned from my dryer vent that blew into the unit. He cleaned it all up, did some cleaning in the garage portion of my AC Unit, and we discussed some options which unfortunately - because of my financial situation, are not something I can do right now. He understood and was not pushing me to do anything. He said the cleaning he just did will hopefully give me a little time to figure it out.
Well that was early July. Now it's October 1st (yesterday) and my unit was struggling again. I turned it off and heard what sounded like the rice krispies guys were living in my unit, snap, crackle & pop. Nathan called me after getting an alert on his phone about an inquiry I submitted, because he remembered my situation. He wanted to check if everything was ok. I explained what was happening, he knew exactly what the issue was and sent Scotty to my house this morning. 10 minute part replacement and my AC is back working. HALLELUJAH!
I am so incredibly thankful that I have found such a nice, honest, helpful company. I hope that some time in the near future I am able to figure out my financial situation and have them replace my unit because it will definitely be Family Air Experts that I will be calling.
