If you want to be scammed get Fallons Solutions.
Fallons plumber came to unblock a domestic sewer line. I discussed the job and the quote with the plumber named Evert. He showed me the price on screen of his iPad $175/- to complete the job. I reiterated back to him $175/- all up to do the job. Evert affirmed that to be correct but if I were to join Fallons Home Protection Plan membership for $65/- he could do the job for $106/- today and I would got 15% discount on future work. I opted for the membership plan, and gave him the go ahead to do the work. He then asked me digital sign on the iPad for what was agreed (the membership and the quote).
The plumber unblocked the pipe in about 15 minutes.
I paid by bankcard he said he did not need a pin as the digital signature was enough.
When he left I checked my bank card to find $1,234.46 had been debited from my account. I immediately phoned the plumber Evert to see had made a mistake. He said it was not a mistake that was the amount agreed. I told him no it was the discounted amount $106/- plus membership.
I then phoned Fallons, Aaron the customer service manager said that the quoted price was low and said the price to do the work was $1,024/- (there is no reference to this amount). Aaron was not helpful and was downright rude. I find it disappointing that a company with such unscrupulous practices is allowed operate with license in this country.

I booked a appointment for my air con unit to be checked as wasn't working. Told 15th December between 8-11am. Come 12noon still no show. Sent email to say cancel appointment. At 12.30 received a phone call to say technician is running late. I appreciate some jobs take longer than expected but to phone 1.5hrs after the latest time they should have been here, not good enough. Or was it they contacted me after reading my email. I don't give my hard earned money to a company that has bad customer service.

Jason came out to check our oven that didn't work. He was helpful and had a look. While he couldn't complete the work today, he did help and provide us with some great knowledge of the issue and how to ensure the issue doesn't happen quickly in the future.

To be clear they did not perform any job at my place. This review is based on my interaction with this company.
PLEASE READ THE BAD REVIEWS, as my experience was consistent with the experience of other woman/elderly (fear, intimidation).
The technician spent 1 hour using sales tactics based on fear (e.g., he claimed my house could burn down if I engaged anyone except Fallon, and claimed that Fallon fixes what other companies would break) and over-complicated jobs (that were not required). That resulted in a quote 5 times higher than 2 other quotes. Plus the unnecesary pressure to sign up for a paid subscription.
I was very clear beforehand that I didn't want a call out fee, and the recepcionist was also very clear that the visit was FREE.
When i didn't want to proceed with the quote, the technician wanted to charge the call out fee. I had to call my partner as I didn't feel comfortable anymore.

Very disappointed. I contacted Fallon Solutions to do a small job at my home and they sent an electrician. The quote was $88 call out plus an hourly rate which was acceptable. He then proceeded to do a complimentary inspection of the house and all systems which took him approximately 45minutes and then tried to sign me up to their program to save me money. When I asked the cost to do my original 15 minute job he advised $88 plus approx $450!
I asked him to invoice me the $88 call out fee and leave. I have paid the $88 and received nothing from the company. Very poor so I would not recommend this company.
I contacted a local electrician who took 15minutes to complete my job and charged accordingly.
Fallon Solutions were great to deal with.
Neeraj came out and was upfront, friendly and knew his stuff. He diagnosed the aircon issue quickly and gave clear advice on the best way forward. No fluff or pressure, just honest quotes and practical options.
I really appreciated the transparency and professionalism. Would definitely recommend them for anyone needing reliable home services.
