Thanks goes out to Evert and offsider Dylan for a thorough job in assessing all our plumbing needs. Cleaned the drains and replaced a rod in the hot water system. Also another polite plumber came out the next day by the name of Jayden. The crew at Fallon’s are always friendly and well mannered. If you want the job done well and quickly, call Fallon’s.

I would never recommend Fallon to anyone ANYONE. Here's the scenario: Issue with spa not draining. Charged me to unblock it with chemicals, did nothing. Next they wanted to change the overflow, came and started the job, never came back, despite 4 phone calls. Their business model is designed to bleed you dry. This is how they left my bathroom.

Great communication, timeliness and polite and skilled electrician but it was outrageously expensive to replace 3 interconnected wireless smoke alarms. After the work, I looked up the price of the individual alarms and then saw what a huge amount I was charged for screwing them into the ceiling. I am still waiting 6 days later for a refund that was promised.

Do not use Fallon solutions. Firstly the information on their website is misleading. We have a Stiebel Eltron hotwater systems which they clearly state on their website that they install, service and repair. They don't! Secondly the service technician was abrupt and unsympathetic. While we were not charged for the call out their misinformation has left us with cold water for another 2 days and the technicians care factor was minimal at best. And yes, we provided their call centre with all the relevant details including the model number of the hotwater system and details of a report from our independent electrician that isolated the issue to the hotwater system.

Today I had an electrician booked between 9:00am–1:00pm for work that needed to be completed before Easter. I’m also a Gallons member, so I expected a certain level of service and reliability. At 11:36am, the booking was cancelled, with the next available time pushed to after Easter, towards the end of the week. I understand that schedules can change, however the issue is the complete lack of effort to find an alternative solution that works for the customer. After taking the time to organise and plan around this appointment, the response I received was simply, “do you want to cancel”which doesn’t address the problem at all. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first issue I’ve experienced with Fallons, and based on this experience, I wouldn’t recommend their service.

Phone service re booking etc was very good. Technician was not good, unhappy his analysis of the issue. Not been able to speak to someone to discuss. very expensive
