Daniel was amazing, he did call and since my phone was on silent insisted and came knock on the door to let me know he was there, and he did it with a smile. He then promptly repaired the washing machine and checked the dryer (which was not on he job sheet). As it could not be repaired on the spot he booked upcoming job with Fallon. Thank you Daniel for your help, punctuality and politeness.

Must be avoided. Their services a dramatically overpriced (x3 the cost of identical services provided by other local tradies). They aggressively up-sell their packages. Fallons are clearly scamming people in the community. I blame myself for not researching before I engaged them, but I really feel for the pensioners they're cheating. Fully expect them to feature on A Current Affair.

Waited a week for a guy to come out do a walk around for guttering and tank installation. Told me to expect a quote in 2 days. 2 weeks later and several calls told “we sorry not sure why it’s taken so long you will get your quote this afternoon” week later still no quote. Asked for refund having paid for a quote that never came. Told sure will take 10 days, 2 weeks later still nothing. Can’t be bothered dealing with them anymore. DONT USE THEM!!!!!

Mitch was very polite, clean and punctual and did a fantastic job.
I would have liked to know the price increase before he arrived, but saw the fans were so much better than the other, so it turned out better.
