Fairway is awesome! They are very responsive, friendly, courteous, and professional.
They installed our systems and have maintained them since (going on 3 years).
Any issues that did pop up they took care of right away.
From the front office to the installation, Fairway is on top of their game. Fair prices, quick installation, and great follow-up. They showed up on time for installation with a highly trained team of 5 installers, (new unit was installed within 4 hours) and their IT staff are top notch! Highly recommend this company!

These guys really deserve 6 stars, but Google maxes out at only 5. We met with Jacob Garcia a few days ago, a breath of fresh air compared to the typical salesperson that arrives at your home to sell a system. Jacob has a full technical understanding of the various systems - and can make his presentation as simple or complex as you would want to hear. Fairway also has an open book pricing policy. It was sitting right there on Jacob's tablet, making it very easy to compare systems. The final price we paid was less than a very reputable competitor we shopped. But if you were at our house this morning, the quality and care of the install would have made Fairway a better value even if they were $1,000 higher.
The installation team - Adam, Julian, Frank and another tech - was scheduled to arrive at 7 am. They knocked on our front door at 6:55. We were originally told by Jacob the install should take 5 hours. It was done in 4 hours and 45 minutes. The attention to detail was really first rate. Before leaving, Adam sat down with my wife and I to be certain we understood the operation of our new thermostat both physically and on the easy to use American Standard cell phone app.
This new system is shockingly quiet compared to what we were used to. I believe it was well worth the money to upgrade to the variable-speed Platinum series; not really much money considering we will live with this system for a long time.
We have only heard positive comments about Fairway, so we expected a lot. They exceeded those expectations. It's pretty obvious the owner of this business takes good care of his people!

I cannot say enough good things about our experience with Fairway. When we bought our 23 year old house 4 years ago we knew we were going to have to replace the original HVAC. We were shocked by the estimate we got from the company we had been using for maintenance so we decided to see what other companies were charging. Fairway's customer service began with a nearly 2 hour visit with Jacob as he went over everything with us. The out-the-door price was nearly $8k less than the first estimate we had gotten. Once we made our decision we had an appointment two days later. We were told it might take 6 hours and they were done in roughly 3.5 hours. All 5 of the guys were great. This company was founded by someone who has high ethical standards and ensures his staff adheres to those standards. That is who i want to do business with.

I installed a new thermostat, and it did not work. I screwed around with a few things, but no dice. I live just down the street from them so I went down to see if they could help. Before I got halfway through my question they said, it's likely the fuse. They even gave me one! Went home, popped it in, all good! Jacob and everyone else there are super nice and helpful. Absolutely recommend them!

Fairway was our first call when our old, outdated HVAC went on the fritz. They were here quickly and explained all of our options for either repairing or replacing our system. VERY impressed with the timely response and professionalism of Jacob, he assessed the problem and quickly made the necessary repairs w/out trying to pressure me into buying a new system. This is the first time I have used Fairway and I am very pleased with them will definitely be calling them for all future maintenance and repairs. I had tried Strongbilt and their price
was $400+ more than Fairway charged.

Brian came out almost immediately to give me the estimate. The price was very reasonable for an American Standard ac/ heater and he was upfront about everything. They came out after I accepted the bid and actually removed the old ac and heater AND installed the new one in 3 hours! Unbelievably quick and it's a gorgeous looking unit. The installers know their stuff and the great thing is Brian is honest and on the ball. They also reskinned the platform and installed a WiFi thermostat, plus redid a leaky overflow drain pipe.

Jacob did the yearly maintenance, all good with both heater and ac. Still five stars, they call you for setting appointments, they text you they're on the way and they do the job quickly. Jacob answered my questions and did his maintenance check professionally and efficiently. I pay $59 a year for this inspection, but that's it. For the next ten years I pay zero for repairs or parts, can't beat that.

AC out for very first time, Anthonie came early, capacitor went out, all good. Cost $79. The unit is really great at cooling.

From the front desk young ladies to the techs out on calls, the customer(s) can be assured of honest, highly personable employees that are “Customer First” in their work ethic. “Back to doing business the fair way” is their motto. I couldn’t agree more. They serve surrounding communities with such honesty, integrity and professionalism that there is really no need for external advertising. today was extremely and I that my air conditioner was not working! I googled local air-conditioning service companies and found online. I called them and they sent a service tech, Derreck, over within an hour. He quickly analyzed my problem, had to run back to the shop to get some supplies and was back within a half an hour and fix the issue with my air conditioner less than an hour after that and the price was very affordable and the service was excellent. I highly recommend this company.!
