For the cost, convenience and outcome of this procedure (all on 4 upper and lower implants) 5 stars isn't enough. They accommodated me in every way available to insure my comfort and peace of mind. Yes I needed teeth but I could have chosen any other practice to perform this procedure. Shopping around was the most difficult part of this procedure. Some dentist are down right rude, stereotypical and have absolutely no patience for people in my position. Fairfax Dentures and Implants on the other hand was the 1st practice that treated me with respect and professionalism. Having a passion for what you do is as important as your skill. These people are passionate about the services they provide and hold a high level of skill in the dental arts industry.
I don’t have much to say as I didn’t use this office. The price is okay but I found better. The receptionist wore many hats from checking me in to X-ray tech to presenting the offer. I never saw a doctor or anybody else. Fairfax Dental and Implants didn’t feel like a safe place to go with lack of people. Additionally, it bothered me the doctor never even bothered to come say hello.
I really cannot say enough nice things about everyone at Fairfax Dentures and Implants. Everyone was completely professional and handled everything. From preparation to post care I have never needed anything. I would like to say I made it easy on them but the truth is my journey was full of drama. It had nothing to do with the care I received - they were wonderful. The procedure also went smoothly. Regardless what I did (which was a lot), they handled everything without skipping a beat and yes we had a lot of laughter out of it. My most recent incident, I fell and broke my temporary implants. Angelo not only fixed them but you could not tell they had ever been broken. Gabby kept me on track with all my appointments and administrative tasks. And Ginny was my bestie, taking care of me each visit and keeping me company during everything. I also can't leave out Dr. Talha Iqbal, he was very skilled, efficient and responsive to my questions and concerns. If you are thinking about this procedure this is the place to be. You will be in great hands On top of everything I put them through, they maintained a friendly and welcoming environment. I was anxious about the procedure, but their professionalism, patience, sense of humor is what got me through everything.
