Placed an order for our recently installed 24x40 metal shop and am happy with the process so far. John is very responsive and happy to help along the way. Their buying process is a little complex but when compared to the market’s pricing it’s worth the little bit of extra effort. The order fulfillment team is also on top of things and have already worked with me to deliver on a date that works best for my schedule. Definitely recommend working with them! I’m now wishing I had gotten them to quote my building as well.

Ordering was quick and easy. The customer support was fantastic. I ordered the Black vinyl insulation for our church expansion to install on the ceiling. I want to first start out and say Thank you John. This experience with Factory Steel Overstock was awesome. I've search all over trying to make it possible to insulation my building that is 40x100 two story and be able to use this space year road. It was not possible UNTIL I came across Factor steel overstock. After putting in all my dimensions and coming up with a total that I was extremely happy with i submitted my order ( I was a little skeptical because the process is different then what I was use too)... But the next day John call me to check on my order and I had a lengthy conversation with him and he put me at ease, so I moved forward with the purchase and TODAY I received all my insulation and now my dream is coming true. THANK YOU John!!! All I can say to whoever reads this . They are legit and don't be afraid to order and same some $$$$$.

I’m just a regular guy attempting to put up 40x50 metal building and trying to pinch every penny. After a long time trying to find out how to buy insulation at a descent price (especially Silvercote in white and black vinyl), I found John Barber. I have to admit I was a little skeptical of the process never doing it before, even with an established BBB rating. So, I called John and asked 100 questions. He explained the process and while he did a fantastic job, I still was a little uncomfortable. I forgot to mention the cost savings going with John was substantial. After following a few of his testimonials, I decided to do it and wouldn’t you know it, everything turned out perfect. Delivery was fast and they stacked the rolls in my garage. I even miscalculated and came back for a few hundred more sq ft and John was able to provide options to minimize my mistake. I cannot thank him enough. I definitely endorse him.
